Educational Philosophy: Every student counts, every student matters, and every student has the ability to reach his/her full potential. The most challenging educational decisions become easier when one comes back to the student at the center of the challenging decisions.
Hobbies: Running on trails and any area with beautiful landscapes, reading non-fiction texts, fishing, volunteering, and teaching my nieces/nephews how to throw a baseball.
Advice for Students: "If you only do what one expects of you, you will be more successful than 50% of your peers. Imagine how successful you will become if you raise your personal level of expectations and do more than what one expects of you. Always maintain high expectations for yourself and you will reap the fruits of your labor."
